In line with our policy of providing flexibility and excellent value for money for our clients, we are delighted to present a range of Special Offer Packages that include accommodation and Guided Mountain Bike Trips or 2-Day Skills Course.

These Special Offers are available from 1st October to 30th May, including Easter but excluding Christmas.  Included is up to 7 nights self catering accommodation in our home village of La Drova, and either 2 or 3 days of Guided Mountain Biking or our excellent 2-Day Beginners Skills Course, leaving you free to plan the rest of your holiday.

Flexibility
The accommodation is available for up to 7 nights (for example, should you only require 5 nights, then that´s OK although the price would remain the same). A further advantage is that you can choose your arrival and departure day (subject to availability). That provides you with the opportunity to take advantage of low cost mid week flights where possible and to build your holiday around your preferred dates rather than having to adhere to a strict Saturday to Saturday routine.

What´s Included?
Included in the price is up to 7 nights self catering accommodation in La Drova. All accommodation is in fully fitted self-contained villas with private pools. Depending upon which package you select, there will be either 2 or 3 full days of Guided Mountain Biking or a 2 day Beginners Skills Course, exclusively for your group. Bike hire is included in all packages. Flights and transport to and from the airport are not included (although this is something that we can provide assistance with if required).

If you would like to take advantage of our special offers, please contact us with details of your requirements – ie. how many people are in your group and how many single and / or double beds are required. We will respond with further detailed information on the available accommodation, together with photos and full description.

To Make a Firm Booking…

Should you wish to make a booking, we will request all relevant information from you, and will email an official PayPal invoice to you. Simply, provide your details via email and then pay a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the package. The deposit should be paid via the secure on-line payment system PayPal using a credit or debit card of your choice. (You do not need to have your own PayPal account to do this and the system is easy to use and is guaranteed secure). This is very simple to use and is the favoured secure payment system of most on-line businesses. In case you have not used PayPal before, once you receive the on-line invoice, simply click on “Pay Invoice” and you will be taken through each step. Receipt of deposits will always be confirmed and you will have the facility to print your invoice as proof of payment.

Payment of the balance of the total price is payable 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday.

Should you then wish to cancel, the following cancellation charges apply :
Up to 6 weeks before start of holiday – Deposit plus 40% of balance
Up to 4 weeks before start of holiday – Deposit plus 60% of balance
Up to 3 weeks before start of holiday – Deposit plus 80% of balance
Up to 1 weeks before start of holiday – Deposit plus 100% of balance

Travel & Activity Insurance

For your security and peace of mind we insist that our clients take out suitable Travel & Outdoor Activity Insurance. We will ask for proof of cover prior to the Guided Trip. You are of course free to select your own cover from whoever you wish. However, should you require assistance, then we would recommend Harrison Beaumont, a Specialist Insurance Company with years of experience in covering world-wide travel and outdoor activities. Click on this link for further details and the option of purchasing cover on-line.  It is essential that all guests have holiday / travel insurance. The owners cannot be held responsible for any personal accident/injury, and loss or damage to personal property during your stay. No responsibility can be accepted for failure of electricity, water, strikes or extreme weather conditions.
